This Privacy Policy explains how UKLINK (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with UKLINK Publisher (the “Application”), an internal content-publishing tool that we use to publish our own marketing content to our own social media accounts, including TikTok.
UKLINK is a hardware products company. The Application is operated by our own staff for our own brand accounts. It is not offered as a public service, and it does not allow third parties to register accounts.
We do not collect viewer data, followers’ personal data, contact lists, location data, or advertising identifiers through the Application.
We do not sell, rent, trade or share this information with advertisers or data brokers.
Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest on our own server and are transmitted only over HTTPS. Media files are kept in our own storage and are served from a public URL only for as long as needed for the platform to fetch and publish them. Access to the server is restricted to authorized staff.
Information is shared only with the social platforms you authorize (for example TikTok, Meta, VK) to the extent necessary to publish the content you requested, and with authorities where required by law. No other third parties receive your data.
Tokens are retained until the authorization is revoked or the account is disconnected, and are deleted from our database afterwards. Uploaded media and publishing logs are retained for up to 12 months for operational purposes and then deleted.
You can revoke the Application’s access at any time in TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and login → Manage app permissions (or in the TikTok app: Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions). Revoking access immediately invalidates the stored tokens. To request deletion of any remaining data, contact us using the details below and we will act within 30 days.
The Application is an internal business tool and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Our servers are located in China. When content is published to TikTok, the content and the associated authorization data are processed by TikTok under TikTok’s own privacy policy.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Application. The “Last updated” date above will be revised accordingly, and the current version will always be available at this URL.
