These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of UKLINK Publisher (the “Application”), an internal content-publishing tool provided by UKLINK (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Application you agree to these Terms.
The Application allows authorized members of our team to compose a post (caption plus images or video) and publish it to social media accounts that we own and have explicitly connected, including our TikTok account, Facebook Page, Instagram account and VK community. It is a private, internal business tool. It is not a public social network, does not offer accounts to the general public, and does not provide analytics on other users.
The Application may only be used by our own staff, and only with social accounts that we own or are expressly authorized to manage. You must hold a valid, active authorization from the platform concerned. You may revoke that authorization at any time, after which the Application will no longer be able to publish on that account.
You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and transmit that content solely in order to publish it to the platforms you selected. The Application itself, its software and its design remain our property.
Publishing relies on third-party APIs (TikTok, Meta, VK). Their availability, rate limits, review decisions and policy changes are outside our control. A publication may fail or be removed by the platform, and the Application is not responsible for such platform-side actions.
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Application at any time, including in response to platform API changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, for example if these Terms are breached or if a connected platform revokes authorization. You may stop using the Application at any time and revoke the connected accounts’ permissions in the relevant platform settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at our place of business.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to us through our official channels: Facebook Page “Uklink-hardware Libo” or Instagram @uklinkhardware.
